A Naturopath works to alleviate the root cause of conditions and not just treat symptoms. This is done by focusing on the individual needs, including: nutritional status, lifestyle, family history, digestive function, physical/mental/emotional wellbeing, genetic predisposition, as well as environmental and social factors.
It’s a holistic approach to your health through nutrition.  It takes into account your individuals needs and works from a functional as well as an energetic point of view.For example, do you crave certain foods, and understanding why you crave them.  Is there are nutrient imbalance causing the craving,  is it related to your emotions of the day, are you following outdated food rules?By taking a holisitc approach to nutrition you will often see a longer lasting results in your health.
The Germany health administration does not recognize Naturopathy.My training and Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy qualification I obtained are from Australia.Because of this my Naturopathic service is not covered by health insurance.
At present all consultation are online and all material is paperless and delivered over email.Before we work together, I offer a free 15 minute Wellness Chat to talk over your health concerns and see if we are suitable to work together.From there, we start with some home work before our first appointment, so we can get right into it once we do meet. Then, we schedule an appointment and I will video call you at our appointed time.Afterwards you will receive a personalized treatment plan as well as all the notes we talked over in our session.
