I grew up with the belief that “health is wealth.” While it came naturally to me as a child, witnessing serious health issues among friends and family led me on a journey to understand the complexities of health. After over a decade in the health and wellness field, I’ve realized that true health involves a holistic approach. I’m dedicated to providing sustainable solutions to empower women to reach their optimal health.

My Growth

Understanding my own health required more than just eating well and moving more. It involved establishing routines, setting boundaries, and learning to listen to my body’s needs. To delve deeper into holistic health, I launched the Health After 30 podcast. Here, I interview health experts to share valuable insights. It has been revolutionary to discover how working from within can create space for health and well-being.

My mission is to empower women by teaching them the fundamentals of holistic health. I aim to help them achieve abundant energy, balanced hormones, smooth digestion, and a vibrant sense of well-being.I work to empower women to find their motivation and focus their energy on what truly matters, allowing them to thrive in all areas of their lives, without restrictions.

How I Became An Online Nutritionist, Naturopath and Health Coach

After years of studying and my initial clinical experience, I followed love to Berlin, where I spent many years as a health editor and writer for Amazingy Magazine. As people have become more comfortable working from home, Zoom meetings and calls have become a part of everyday life, that is why I made my naturopathic consultations available online.

Since then, working with my clients has been a source of inspiration to continuously learn more about the challenges of modern food habits, on a large scale.
