Food as the Ultimate Medicine

A naturopathic approach to food can help you become aware of how food choices may impact your health and empower you to take charge of your eating.

Mind and body are deeply connected. This is why you need to be have a nourishing dinner to be at peace, and you need to be at peace to enjoy your dinner: a virtuous circle can emerge when you begin to feel how your body reacts to what you eat!

Holistic nutrition & naturopathy can help you with that, and
to upgrade your energy level so you can achieve more, take your place and move on toward confidence, success, and joy.

Holistic Natural Health

A comprehensive approach to health

In my practice, nutrition is the cornerstone of all my treatments. I take time to go over your whole physical, emotional and mental health history, as well as your short and long term goals to elaborate your personal treatment plan.

Why a naturopathic diet?

Dietary habits affect how we function on many levels.

Your health, and what you eat is unique to you. And is the primary focus. A holistic nutrition plan aims to restore a healthy relationship with food for life, and give you the skills to manage your health without taking tones of complements, creams or medicine.

It’s important to listen to your body’s needs, enjoy a balanced diet filled with whole foods, and above all, being kind to yourself.

  • Give up dieting and other cyclical habits
  • Develop the strategy for each meal to cover all essential nutrients
  • Gain insights of simple & sustainable changes
  • Optimize your diet before, during and after pregnancy
  • Understand that healthy doesn’t need to be hard
  • Boost your energy
  • Have more productivity and better concentration
  • Improve moods
  • Control skin conditions
  • Aid sleep
  • Find weight balance for life
  • Love your body

What A Naturopath Does

A Naturopath is a complementary health practitioner aiming to address the whole person.

Let me draw you an analogy:

Imagine your body is a fish tank, where the fish are your organs. If the water is dirty, the fish will get sick. The general route of modern medicine will opt to medicate the fish, but if the water remains unclean, the fish will continue to get sick.

Naturopathic work aims to purify the water.

“Clean water”, in the long run, means lowering the risk of disease and maintaining good health as you age.

  1. First, do no harm:

by always choosing the least invasive & least toxic treatments where possible.

  2. The healing power of nature:

recognising the body’s inherent wisdom to heal itself.

  3. Identify and treat the cause:

looking beyond the symptoms by identifying, addressing & removing the root cause.

  4. Practitioner as teacher:

Educating and supporting patients in steps to achieving & maintaining their health. Empowering the patient to take responsibility for their own health.

  5. Treat the whole person:

Treating the patient, not the disease. By recognising the body as an integrated whole system and taking into consideration all aspects of underlying factors that inhibit a person’s ability to be well.

  6. Prevention:

Focusing on overall health and disease prevention

The short to medium term changes may be:

  • Better immune system

  • Balanced hormones

  • Physical vitality

  • Mental clarity

  • Higher level of focus & productivity

  • Increased energy

  • Better sleep

  • Clear skin

Good health promotes an overall well-being and happiness, and is conducive to longevity.

What is Naturopathy?

Frequently Asked Questions

A Naturopath is a complimentary health practitioner, aiming to address the whole person.
A Naturopath works to alleviate the root cause of conditions and not just treat symptoms. This is done by focusing on the individual needs, including: nutritional status, lifestyle, family history, digestive function, physical/mental/emotional wellbeing, genetic predisposition, as well as environmental and social factors.

Naturopathic Nutrition is a holistic concept of nutrition.  It takes into account the individuals needs and works from there. Often times implementing a  therapeutic diet, but not enforcing unsustainable diets, unreasonable restrictions or calorie counting.

In my practice nutrition is the corner stone of all my treatments.

The Germany health administration does not recognize Naturopathy.

My training and Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy qualification I obtained are from Australia.

Because of this my Naturopathic service is not covered by health insurance.

At present all consultation are online and all material is paperless and delivered over email.

Before we work together, I offer a free 15 minute call to talk over your health concerns and see if we are suitable to work together.

From there, we start with some home work before our first appointment, so we can
get right into it once we do meet.
Then, we schedule an appointment and I will video call you at our appointed time.

Afterwards you will receive a personalized treatment plan as well as all the notes we talked over in our session.
