Are there certain foods that you absolutely love but can’t help feeling guilty about? Maybe it’s a slice of your favorite pizza or a decadent dessert that always leaves you feeling a little ashamed. Well, in this episode, I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be that way.

I dive into the societal norms and cultural conditioning that have made us feel guilty for enjoying certain foods, and explore how this guilt can actually harm our relationship with food and our bodies. I intend to challenge the notion of “good foods” versus “bad foods” and discuss how this mindset can lead to a disordered relationship with food.

Join me in this episode as I delve into the concept of pleasure and why it’s so important to allow ourselves to enjoy the foods we love without guilt or shame. Let’s  shift our mindset and embrace a more positive relationship with food, so we can enjoy our favorite foods with joy and appreciation!
