What does non-toxic really mean? There are so many regulations that allow a lot of chemicals to still enter the consumer market. While one trace amount might not be a big deal, we need to consider the constant and repetitive exposure, and what this is doing to our health. In today’s episode I sit down with Stephanie Spurgen and we deep dive into areas that might be more harmful than we think and what we can do to improve our health.

Steph is a trained Functional Nutritionist, the host of the Health in the Details Podcast and  founder of the education platform Picture Your Health.
